The Copalure is one of Steve Coggin’s signature lures. It features traditional Hawaiian styling, with a long head and medium diameter. The Scoop Face version is the original, and the favourite of many big-game anglers right around the world. It swims with an erratic action typical of scoop-face designs, leaving a strong rooster-tail spray before diving quite deep, pulling a thick smoke trail along with it.

Like all Coggin lures, the Copa is hand-crafted with thick mother of pearl inserts and features 4 perfectly balanced, brass jet tubes for added action. All Copa’s that we carry are lead weighted to help maintain that perfect balance in all sea conditions.

Ideal for Blue, Black & Striped Marlin, as well as large Yellowfin Tuna. The Copa is the perfect choice to pull from either outrigger position, although we favour it on the long flatline, where it draws impressive bites.
