The Sugar Bear measures in at 9-inches and features a short, stumpy head profile with an easy slant. This lure is ideal for all Marlin species, however it has proven to be deadly on small Blacks and Striped Marlin of all sizes. It also performs extremely well on Mahi Mahi and both Yellowfin and Bluefin Tuna.

The Sugar Bear swims with a strong action that leaves a solid smoke trail, and it can be effectively trolled from any position in the spread. It makes the perfect companion for the Small Slant - try running them opposite each other for a deadly light-tackle Billfish combo. The Sugar Bear is lead-weighted for balance and like all Coggin Lures, is finished to a flawless standard. This lure is a favourite on the short rigger or either flatline.
